Community

Overheard at a recent writer’s conference:

It feels so good to be among a group of people where everyone gets me.

Writers often create in isolation. They’re holed up in a writing den or on the corner of the kitchen table.

But complete isolation dulls a writer.

We need the synergy we receive from our fellow writers, brainstorming together, encouraging each other, and celebrating our successes.

Our monthly meetings, Focus Groups, and conferences throughout the year provide all this.

More importantly, as a community, we keep each other focused on our main goal — to bring God glory in all we do and write.
