We meet monthly to critique each other’s work in progress, hear the latest updates and training from the writing world, celebrate our successes, and offer encouragement.
Only members may have their writing critiqued.
Non-members are invited to observe for two free visits. Observing twice gives you the opportunity to determine if we are indeed the group for you and to learn our system of critique. You don’t have to wait to join, however. Click to Join.

7:00 – 7:30 pm — Big Group Meeting (Devotion, Updates, Training, Encouragement)
7:30 – 9:00 pm — Small Group Critique Meetings
How To Format Your Piece for Critique:
Manuscript format:
- Double-spaced
- Times New Roman, 12 point font
- Black ink
- 1,500 total word limit
- Number each line (Click for instructions for Line Numbering on MSWord)
- Bring six copies to hand out to those who will critique.
Content Guidelines: no profanity, illicit sexual content, or content outside the generally accepted norm for Christian publishing. You are not required to write Christian material nor be a Christian to be a member, but we are a Christian organization, and thus, we follow Christian publishing standards.
